The Supreme Court has affirmed a ruling requiring the New York City school district to reimburse parents who enrolled their learning-disabled student in private school after deciding public schools were unable to meet the child's needs.
Can anyone tell me if this has any bearing on the private school voucher idea? Would it be possible to extend it to any student who's needs aren't being met?
